Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Associate Level

We are looking to recruit two experienced Solicitors to join our Residential Conveyancing team at our Head Office in Nuneaton and our branch office in Hinckley. These roles due to the growth and expansion of the existing department.

The ideal candidates must be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing, all acquired at the same firm, and be able to handle matters from the initial instruction through to completion. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines/targets.

This is a full-time position working 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.15pm with an hour for lunch.

Family Solicitor - Associate Level

We are looking to recruit a Family Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE experience to join our Family Law team at our Hinckley office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload and be confident working independently, handling a broad spectrum of private family work, including divorce, separation, finances, children act and domestic violence.  They will be expected to undertake their own advocacy and must possess excellent client care skills.

In this role, the successful candidate will be supported by other senior lawyers and experienced support staff members. The position will enable the successful candidate to further enhance their family law knowledge and reputation.

This is a full-time position working 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday. Flexible/Hybrid working will be considered.

Trainee Solicitor/Training Contract

We are looking to recruit a Trainee Solicitor who has a keen interest in non-contentious property to join us at our Head Office in Nuneaton.

The successful candidate will gain a range of experience in a number of different disciplines, supported by qualified solicitors and other experienced fee earners, laying the foundation for a successful career in law.

The ideal candidate must possess a law degree and have completed, or will have completed, the Legal Practice Course. They must possess a strong academic background with the ability to work methodically and to tight deadlines. Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills are a must with a flexible, enthusiastic attitude to succeed and progress within the firm.

We have a successful history of retaining our trainee solicitors and we see them as an important part of the firm’s continued growth and future success.

The role is office based and is a full-time position working 36.25 hours per week, 9.00am to 5.15pm with 1 hour for lunch. Salary to be discussed at interview.
