Natasha qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and is a member of the Family Law Panel and Resolution specialising in divorce and the division of finances upon divorce including pensions.
Natasha also advises clients in relation to private children act matters such as disputes over parental responsibility, co habitation matters, separation agreements, post nuptial agreements and court proceedings.
In addition to the above, Natasha is a qualified Criminal Duty Solicitor and a Police Station Representative.

Amy Chadaway

Amy joined the firm in August 2007 as a trainee solicitor and qualified as an Assistant Solicitor in 2009, as part of the Dispute Resolution Department. Amy specialises in contract and commercial disputes, and employment law matters, acting for both Employers and Employees. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. Amy is also a Housing Law Specialist dealing with matters on both a private and legally aided basis. She appears regularly as Duty Solicitor in the Nuneaton and Warwick County Courts assisting people facing the threat of homelessness.

Amardeep qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and specialises in Family Law dealing mainly with divorce, the division of assets arising out of a divorce, civil partnership dissolutions, disputes concerning children, cohabitee disputes, injunctions and an increasing number of pre-nuptial agreements.

Katherine Rose

Katherine graduated from Brunel University London with a degree in Psychology. Following this, she undertook the Graduate Diploma in Law at Brunel University London, and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course with an MSc in Business and Management at The University of Law in Moorgate.
Katherine qualified as a Solicitor in March 2020 and now specialises in Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts.

Abigail Hughes

Abigail completed her Law Degree at the University of Lincoln in 2014.
She then later trained in Wills, Probate & Trusts and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in March 2018 and cross qualified as a Solicitor in November 2018, after successful completion of the Legal Practice Course. Abigail has been working in the Private Client area since 2015, having previously worked in a regional and a national law firm, before joining the firm in August 2021.
Abigail is a full professional member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners.
